This page explains what information Easier Workday may receive and how it is used when you get in touch.

Information I receive
When you send a message through the contact form, I may receive your name, email address, company name if provided, and a description of the problem or business process you want to simplify. Your name, email address and message are required so I can respond.
Purpose and legal basis
I use the information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether working together makes sense, prepare a proposal or arrange a conversation. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing business communication and protecting the form from misuse.
How the contact form works
Your details are sent only when you press the submit button. FormSubmit provides the technical delivery and forwards the message to the Easier Workday email address. FormSubmit acts as an external delivery provider; further information is available in the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Recipients and international processing
The information may be accessed by Easier Workday and providers required for message delivery, email and hosting. It is not sold or used for unsolicited marketing. If a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, processing is subject to that provider’s terms and applicable safeguards.
How long information is kept
According to its documentation, FormSubmit may retain submission records for up to 30 days. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed and no later than 12 months after the last communication. Information connected with a contract or accounting obligations may be kept longer when required by law.
Cookies, tracking and automated decisions
The main website does not use user accounts, analytics cookies or advertising tools. The form delivery service may use technical security measures to prevent spam. Easier Workday does not use contact-form information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing. Send requests to tomislav.ukic.tu@gmail.com. You may also contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
